1. These terms
By browsing or buying from this store you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
3. Our products
We sell ready-made multifocal reading glasses. Product photographs are provided to show the frame as accurately as possible; colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Measurements and weights are approximate and may vary slightly between units.
4. Important product information
Our glasses are ready-made, non-prescription multifocal reading glasses sold in fixed strengths. They are not custom-made to a prescription, they are not fitted to your interpupillary distance, and they are not a substitute for an eye examination or for prescription eyewear.
They are intended for reading, screen use, and general near and intermediate tasks. They are not intended for driving, for operating machinery, or for any activity where impaired or distorted vision could be dangerous.
If you experience headaches, eye strain, dizziness, or blurred vision, stop using them. If you have an existing eye condition, have had eye surgery, or have not had an eye examination recently, consult an optometrist or ophthalmologist before buying. Nothing on this store is medical advice, and we do not diagnose, treat, or correct any medical condition.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any taxes stated there. Shipping is calculated and shown before you confirm your order. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.
6. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if the item is out of stock, if a price or description was listed in error, if we cannot verify the delivery address, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
7. Delivery and risk
Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.
8. Customs and import charges
Orders shipped internationally may attract import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees in the destination country. These are set by your government, are not included in our prices, and are your responsibility.

10. Our content
All text, images, and designs on this store belong to Optique Neo or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.
11. Acceptable use
You may not use this store to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it at scale, or to place fraudulent orders.
12. Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or business, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs holds, and natural events. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Your rights as a consumer
If you are buying as a consumer, you always have the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, and nothing in these terms limits them. Any dispute may be brought before the courts of your country of residence.
14. If part of these terms fails
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
