Information we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, telephone number if you provide one for carrier contact, and the details of what you bought. Card and payment details are handled directly by our payment providers and never reach our servers.
Automatically when you browse: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on site, and the site you arrived from, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
When you contact us: the content of your messages and any information you include in them.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your order, send confirmations and tracking, answer support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, meet accounting and tax obligations, improve how the store works, and — only if you have opted in — send marketing emails.
Legal bases
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (processing your order), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, improving the store), consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
Who we share it with
Shopify, which hosts this store. Our payment providers. Our fulfilment partners and the carriers who deliver your parcel, some of which are located outside your country. Our email and analytics providers. These parties receive only what they need to perform their function. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
International transfers
Your order details may be transferred outside the EEA and the UK to our fulfilment partners. Where that happens, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are retained for as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically seven years. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Support emails are kept for two years.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can withdraw consent at any time, and you can unsubscribe from marketing using the link in any email. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing — we do neither — and you will never be treated differently for exercising these rights.

This store is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
Traffic to this store is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
